New York ophthalmologist James R. Kelly, MD received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York City. He earned his medical degree at Cornell University Medical College. Following the completion of his internship in internal medicine, Dr. Kelly performed a laser eye surgery residence at The Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, which is considered to be one of the top ten eye surgery centers in the nation.
